The words...What was I thinking are ringing in my head a little louder tonight. Fingers are very sore from bending and cutting wire. And I still have 3 more to do.
Visited the Base Hospital today and taught the staff how to fold cranes. Lots of laughter....what a beautiful bunch of ladies. Feeling very lucky to have the opportunity to meet these wonderful people. Thank you to my lovely Volunteer Judy for coming to help.
Very exciting day today - With the help of Staff I go to install me first sculpture in the hospital, "Release Me". I engaged in 2 patients help to be my guinea pig to fold the very first cranes. Thanks Monica and Caroline. Metal Sculpture from found objects, engaged in the services of Chief welder Mr E otherwise I would be still going.
